HeyYo is a creator discovery and link-in-bio platform that allows creators to:

• Create a public profile showcasing their content and social media links
• Be discoverable by audiences searching for creators by category, niche, or platform
• Share a single link that connects to all their platforms and content

HeyYo also provides tools for audiences to discover and follow creators across multiple platforms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). The HeyYo name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Unlimit Lab Limited. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Unlimit Lab Limited.
